Grandma's gingerbread recipe / Medenjaci iz nonine kuharice

120 gr honey
30 gr butter
50 gr sugar powder
1 egg
270gr all-purpose flour
cinemon, ginger
40gr ground almonds (nut or hazelnut)
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

On a low flame melt the butter and honey. 

When cool, add to the mixture of butter and honey the powdered sugar and the egg. Mix well into a smooth mixture. 

Mix together all the dry ingredients.

Make a hole in the middle and add the liquid mixture. 

Made a dought. 

Let chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

For baking use the parchment paper. Prehat the oven on 180°C. Bake them to a nice golden-brown color, 15-20 minutes dipend of the shape you used.
