This is an easy pepper cookie recipe. For the dough preparation you need about 30 minutes. The dough is soft, so need to chill in fridge for 3 hours.


50 gr butter, room temperature
200 gr honey

280 gr all purpose flour
2 egg yolks0,5 l milk1 teaspoon baking powder 
10 gr cinnamona pinch of peppera pinch of salt 

Mix the butter with the honey untill you see a soft cream. Now you could mix with hands, how you prefer. Put all other ingredients inside this butter-honey cream. (I usually mix all with the robot, only at the end with hands.)

The dough is really soft, so need to stay in fridge for 3 hours. 

Roll the dough and made the cookies with the shape you like. Bake them in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes.
