2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
330 gr (3 cups) powdered sugar
Royal Icing with meringue powder:
440 gr (4 cups) powdered sugar
30gr (3 tablespoons) meringue powder
120 - 180 ml (1/2 cup - 3/4 cup) warm water
